By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms. All work is carried out based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and inspection of the vessel. While we aim to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, marine systems can be complex, and additional faults may be identified during the course of work. Any additional work required will be discussed and agreed where possible before proceeding.

 

Appointments and call-outs are subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions, access to the vessel, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to reschedule where necessary. Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice, and missed appointments may incur a charge. Payment terms will be confirmed prior to or at the time of service.

 

We take all reasonable care to carry out work to a high standard; however, Marine Elements Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of the vessel. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the vessel is maintained appropriately and that any recommendations or safety advice provided are followed.
